Hi Tiffany,

I'm really sorry to hear your story. I wonder how this man can have so many chains when his customer service sucks. My son and I have also had are run arounds with a Rohrman dealership. My son went to Fort Wayne Nissan to by a 2001 ford f150 that was on their lot. Their agreement with us was that he would trade in his Jimmy on the F150 truck and they would sell his mini show truck on consignment for 3 months on their lot. Over JUly 4th weekend they locked the truck up in their bullpen and when they came in Monday morning the window had been broken out and all his expensive stereo equipment was stolen. In fort wayne it rained all of July 4th weekend and his truck was soaked inside. They never contacted us until 1 o'clock in the afternoon that mon. They told my son he had to get the truck off their property. He ran up before work to get it and asked them where he should take it for estimates. You see when we left the truck they assured us that if anything happened to it while it was on their lot they would take care of it. He had to call a mobile glass place out to fix the window just so he could drive it home. 200 dollars out of his pocket. We called the general manager of Fort Wayne Nissan and he said they weren't going to pay for it. After going around with him several times we contacted our ins. co. who called the general manager and the general manager tells them to close the claim they are now going to pay for it. They sold the Jimmy and didn't realise they needed my signature also to release the title. well, now that they are going to pay for the damages I see no reason not to sign off the title. They actually drive the title to my  home for me to sign. Then the next day we are told that now they are not paying for the damages. Now I'm mad and call Bob Rohrman.HA!HA! Guess what he never answers or returns your calls> I have called him for 2 weeks straight. I know he listens to his voicemail because the other day when I stopped in at ft wayne nissan they were very upset about the things I had told Mr. Rohrman. that day the general manager  refused to see me and the used car manager made me a deal that they would give us $800 in service credit towards his new truck which we wouldn't need since we bought the extended warranty and why would i trust them to work on my truck. Do they think I'm stupid? My son called him today and gave Mr. Rohrman a week to settle this or he's going to small claims court. I cannot for the life of me understand why you would treat customers this way. I will never buy a car from any of his lots. By the way they revoked the deal for service credit also.My son spent 30,000 dollars at that lot. You think they would at least keep their word and honor the whole deal they made...TONI
