My friend came to visit me and his car overheated. He left his car parked at my drive way because the part was on back order. Two days later while my kids and me were sleeping my wife came to the room screaming that the car was on fire. I ran out and call 911. Fire department came and put the fire out. I put a claim to my friend car insurance and they don't want to cover the damamges due to the fact that the car was parked and accoring to them there is no way possible that the car would catch on fire. But guess what? it did. Now I 'm fighting with them and they just want to pay 50% of the estimated damages. What should I do?
