Buyers love their Volkswagens in the beginning but the honeymoon is short-lived. It doesn’t take long for the frustration to mount with the frequent visits to the service department, especially for electrical problems. Volkswagens and Audis are overpriced pieces of shit. And in a few years when the customer trades the car in on a Toyota or a Honda their not happy with the dealer's trade-in appraisal. Domestic cars are also of substandard quality as compared to the Japanese imports, but at least they're cheap. With the European imports, your paying a premium, but what do you get for your money? When you stick with proven winners like Toyota/Lexus and Honda/Acura you will always be a happy camper.
