I recently bought a 97 Seville from Gurnee VW. After only a few days the car was diagones with bad head gaskets. This is a 3-4 thousand dollar repair. When I called Brad at Gurnee VW all he said was " you should have bought the extended warranty, sorry nothing they can do."

I was not asking for them to fix the car, I was willing to split it 50/50 with them. nothing! All these guys seem to want is your check to clear. After that, you're on your own. I would be very careful in dealing with this dealership. From the many postings on this site, there are many complaints about these guys.

Buyer beware!!!
