Despite the warnings on the site, I thought I'd go there to get an extended warranty. How could this be tough right? Wrong....first they said they couldn' t because I didn't buy it there. Then they said i had to put it through an inspection at their service dept. They were reluctant to do anything for me and would not give me any info. I called Frank Boucher VW in Racine, WI. They were extremely friendly, didn't need to inspect the car and were very forthcoming with information. Gurnee VW is a horrible dealership ...they're slimy
