How is Bill Jacobs still in business?

I have received the worst service of any car I have ever owned.  Everytime I walk into Bill Jacobs VW, I have to be prepared to do battle with the service people.  I hate my jetta! My most recent experience involved my extended warranty.  I was told by the service manager that the work on my car was not covered and I would have to pay for the work.  I read my warranty contract and determined that the work should be covered.  When I arrived at the dealership with paperwork in hand, I was quickly ushered into the service manager's office where I was lectured about hose failure and coverage of warranty.  As I debated hoses and quoted lines from the warranty I was made to feel about 5 years old.  I demanded that for my peace of mind, the service manager call the warranty again.  So he reluctantly called the warranty people and after demanding that the warranty person tell me where in the contract this problem is not covered, they relented and told me that the work was in fact covered.  The service manager could not wait to get me out of his office after treating me so badly.  I asked him why every time I come into Bill Jacobs VW I feel like I am preparing for a fight.  I told him about a previous warranty fight.  I also shared with him my experiences simply getting my oil changed and asked why it took 3 hours.  I will never buy another car from any Bill Jacobs again and I am currently considering getting rid of a perfectly good car.  If anyone is seriously considering buying a car that has to be serviced at a Bill Jacobs --please reconsider, it's not worth the headache!!!
