I bought a 2001 Volkswagen GTI brand new. The car is not even a year old yet, and I have had to take the car in for unscheduled service over 8-9 times. The main problem is that of the times that I took the car in, about 5 appointments were due to a recurring problem with my turbo. The car is still giving me problems, and the dealership keeps on insisting that they will fix the problem. The problem with that is that I already gave them plenty of chances to fix the problem, and it keeps coming back. I bought the car new, and I feel that the car is defective. I would also like to mention that the dealership whom I bought the car from has very poor after service. It felt like that they vandalized my car, rather than fix it. Please help me if you can.
