I bought a brand new 2000 Volkswagon GTI VR6, and it keeps having problems. The window fall off more than 5 times, and there always have the cracking noises coming off from the car. I have been to the dealer more than 10 times regarding the problems, but they just try to ignor me even the factory rep. that came to the dealer was rude, and very unfrofessional. I am very unsatisfued with Volkswagon. I bought a brand new car but still I have to go to dealer to fix my car as if I bought a used car.
