Hello,   My name is Carter Sexton and I am in need of a couple minutes of your time.  My wife and I purchased a 2000 VW Jetta GLX in Sept. 1999, and have had nothing but problems.  It sounds like you have had the same thing.  Please email me so we can talk about my issues.  We live in Dallas, Tx. and from doing Hours upon Hours of unwanted research I have found you and your AMAZING SITE!  Thank heavens...  Are you an angel or what for taking your time to put something of this extent  together on your OWN time.... I need help!  I have been through district managers and they Suck too...  I want to go further with this..  We are much like yourself , due to the fact that , we paid hard earned CASH for our car Brand new from the showroom..  This is not my first VW either, two others before this piece JUNK......  Please I would very much like to hear from you and get some info. from you Phone numbers etc..  Now going on four years with 33,000 miles and still no one has touched the car besides Boardwalk VW in Dallas.  Not even an oil change or tire rotation have been done elsewhere... I will not put you or your site at risk by any means, just looking to gain Firepower , so I can take control of this problem..  My main concern ,like yours was SAFETY!  Now, I question How safe the cars really are or is it the plant in mexico...  Please respond and don't disregard this email....I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!!!  Thank You !
