Stories like Tiffany,s are the reason I started a vehicle inspection business (Car Analysis). I have been in the automotive business for 15 years and it makes me sick that alot of automotive service shops and dealers (the one place you should be able to trust) are scamming consumers in many ways. I am trying to change that by atleast offering an unbiased inspection of any vehicle prior to the actual purchase. All I can say is, I am sorry for the stupidity and lack of customer care that seems to be commonplace and degrade the image of the automotve service industry.
