I am so sorry to hear of your terrible experiences with your Volkswagen.  Volkswagen cars don't seem to measure up to the great cars that we all expected them to be worldwide.  I don't know how to help you but encourage our visitors to help if they know how to.  Seeing as I do not know the laws as to where you live I don't know what to say.  Here in the United States of America we have what are called "Lemon Laws" which entitle you to a brand new car if your new car has had many trips to a service shop.  I hope that you continue in your fight and get the satisfaction that you deserve from your bad VW experience.  Be sure to post your story all over the internet.  Send it to Volkswagen customer service also (you might not even get a response, that is the experience that we've had here with other people having troubled cars posting)
