I am in the market to buy a Jetta. I found this site when I was searching for a dealer in Gurnee area. I am so glad I read this before I bought my car. I will check out Libertyville. Can you recommend any others that are close to Gurnee area, besides the Gurnee VW. Thanks, William

--- (Edited at Fri Jul 5 00:49:13 2002 by Admin) --- I was told from a highly good source that the West Suburban Auto Group is an honest dealership, they take care of their customers and its worth the extra drive. This is where I'll be purchasing my next car. They have been wonderful to me throughout this entire process. They called and checked up on me and was willing to help me get the car fixed without hesitation. They have treated me like an absolute princess, I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car except from them. The thing is, if you purchase a VW and get the extended Manufacturer's warranty, you can bring it to any dealership for service. I would recommend purchasing from West Suburban Auto Group and then if you need to have it serviced do it at the Libertyville dealership. I'm not an expert, I'm just a consumer and that would be my advice to you. Best Regards, Tiffany Patterson
