Have her contact the state's attorney's office in Springfield and give them all the info presented in her website. They'll be all over this and will ensure that she gets proper restitution. I've used them for all sorts of illegal practices in the past. She doesn't need an attorney if the state's attorney finds them negligent and breaking state laws. A class action suit may be filed. She can also call the IL Bar association to get the names of attorneys that deal with these types of issues and then pick from that list. They're located in Chicago and you can get the number from directory assistance. She should also send a letter to the better business bureau and finally the VW Corporate Headquarters for the American Division. The BBB will require that Rohrman respond to her complaint. VW Corporate may be willing to rectify what Rohrman won't and also may pull his license for selling VW's which would put the dealership out of business. He is a VERY large car dealer with multiple dealerships for all kinds of cars in both IN and IL so she's going after a very big dog and will need to get big cannons to fight against him. She should also contact all three local major network news departments and FOX 32. They love these kind of stories as well. One, if not all, is sure to bite. This will get the dealership the type of negative public awareness she is seeking by having her website out there. GOOD LUCK!
