Dear Mr. Ford,

While trying to break through the entry level of VW Customer Relation drones I found an internal VW manual that illustrates VW's arrogance and have attached it for your review. "VW has decided to give new products and new customers to the brand high priority in their queue.  Conversely, they prioritized customers not new to the brand and customers with cars out of warranty lower in the queue."
In training these drones VW has managed to prohibit true customer service. I believe VW needs to hear this, "it is not a privilege to me to be a VW customer!"
I feel you helped to expose the coil problems and have the power to send this message as well.
Please help I know I too am not the only mistreated customer at wits end.
