MY coworker has a 2003 Jetta, last week while driving in her car at night with the seat warmer on, her seat caught on fire burned through the drivers seat, her coat and her slacks.  Has anyone else had this problem?  The dealership is not being very helpful.
Thank you for any assistance in this matter.
